Zoom In  Zoom In

Clicking the Zoom in button gives you a closer view of the original document in the Original pane, allowing you to examine small details. Until you zoom out again, you will be able to view any part of the page by using the scrollbars or dragging the page with the cursor by holding down the left mouse button. When you zoom in, the size of the document display remains the same until you click the Zoom out button, (or zoom in further) no matter which view buttons you click.

 

Zoom Out  Zoom Out

Clicking the Zoom out button lets you return to a full page view in the Original pane or view more of the document on a smaller scale. When you zoom out to view one or more full pages, scrolling and dragging will be restricted laterally, vertically, or both, depending on the view. When you zoom out, the size of the document display remains the same until you click the Zoom in button (or zoom out further), no matter which view buttons you click.

 

Screen Capture Screen Capture

Clicking this button activates the screen capture feature. After clicking it, you drag your mouse diagonally across the item you want to capture, and a translucent rectangle is displayed that covers the item. You can move and resize this adjust the framing of the item, and place the cursor in the Editing pane where you want the captured item to be inserted. You then click Screen capture again, and the item is displayed in the Editing pane, where you can edit its properties, e.g. add an alt text.

 

Hand Tool Hand Tool

This button enables you to drag the document up and down or left and right in the Original pane.

 

Fit PageFit Page

Clicking the Fit Page button expands or contracts your view of the document so that all four edges nearly reach the edges of the Original pane, allowing you to view one complete page, whatever the current size of the Original pane.

 

Fit Width  Fit Width

Clicking the Fit Width button expands or contracts your view of the document so that its left and right edges nearly reach the edges of the Original pane, allowing you to view the full width of the document whatever the current size of the Original pane.

 

Single Page   Single Page

Clicking this button makes the Original pane display only the current page, whatever the current size of the Original pane. Scrolling and dragging are not possible in this view.

 ContinuousContinuous

Click this button to view more than one page. If you click the Continuous button, then click the Fit Page button, one complete page fits the Original pane and you can still scroll up or down to view the adjacent pages.
