Support Issues
RiverDocs technical support team accepts and tracks product issues and incidents via a dedicated issue-tracking system. Users may submit issues by e-mail or directly on the Support Portal.
Report Issues
To resolve an issue, the following information is necessary:
Title: A one-line summary of the issue.
Description: A detailed description of the issue or incident, including
environment, platform and operating system.
Please do not hesitate to mention the different steps taken.
Component menu: Identify where the issue occurs.

Graphic interface
Conversion
Severity menu: Indicate the criticality of the issue.
Critical: for a production system outage
High: for major functionality not working, with no workaround
Medium: for a serious functionality incident, with workaround
Low: for minor issues and functionality
Enhancement: for feature requests
